Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
We offer same-day delivery in Bangalorefor orders placed before 12 PM. For other cities across India, delivery typically takes5–7 business days. If you have an urgent request, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since our hampers contain curated, perishable, and personal-use items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours — we’ll make it right.
